Esercizio N: 2016 - volleyball

Battuta and reception with lift in the center, and the opposite wing, based on where you place the coach

SHORT DESCRIPTION: A player beats at a time; other field contains three players at a time in reception and a setter who has to give the ball to the coach, which in turn makes it to those who have wrought.

TEAMS: no team

FIELD: It is used for volleyball m. 18x9

PURPOSE: perform to the best of the fundamental affected game

DESCRIPTION: three players are placed in reception, a player raised and the coach is placed at will in position 4, 3 and 2, all other players are batting. A player at a time, beating other field, to the receiving players who have to give the ball to shortstop who in turn must give a precise lift to the coach, which in turn returns to the player who has beaten. After about 10 lines are changed three players in receiving and setter

VARIANTS: (1) inserted in place of a coach players in position 4 attack; (2) inserted in place of the coach two players in attack in place 4:03; insert instead of the coach three attacking players in position 4, 3:02;(3) insert two attacking players in position 4:03 and two players to the wall
